These are low-profile chains which are great for light snow and ice; the links are 3.7mm thick. Since you mentioned heavy duty and deep snow, I think you would be better off with the pewag All Square Snow Tire Chains for Wide-Base and Dual Tires - 1 Pair # PWE3231S. This is rated for on-road or off-road use and it uses links that are 5mm thick for better traction.
