I have a solution for you, but the Go Power Heavy-Duty Modified Sine Wave Inverter - 1,000 Watts - 12V # 34280176 isn't what I would recommend for use with a refrigerator because it may potentially damage the unit. I also would go with a slightly higher rated inverter to make sure that enough power is available.
Instead I recommend using a Pure Sine Wave inverter like the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter - GFCI - 1,500 Watt - 12V # 34279950, which will be well rated to use with a mini fridge similar to the Everchill RV Mini Refrigerator - 4.5 Cu Ft - 115V - Black # 324-000109. Pure Sine Wave inverters are designed for appliances that have more sensitive electronic components, like TVs, fridges, microwaves and phone chargers, so this will allow you to also power those items if needed.
