The Adco Tyre Gard RV Wheel Covers for 18" to 22" Wheels are made overseas. If you're looking for USA made wheel covers I recommend SnapRing TireSavers Tire Covers. The part # ST7006BK for black or part # ST7006WH for white are both made in USA options designed for 19" to 22" wheels.
I have attached a full list of USA made tire cover size options.
