Question:
What size fender do I need for a single axle enclosed trailer to safely run a 225/75 r15 trailer tire ? Currently has a 205/75 r15 but doesn’t look like the bigger tire will fit inside this wheel well .

The ST225/75R15 Tire # AM10256 is only 1/2" taller in the sidewall than the ST205/75R15 # AM10244 that you are currently using. It is wider by about 7/8" so you will want to check that on your current fender as well.
If you are still concerned about the clearance on your enclosed trailer I recommend the Single Axle Trailer Fender # HP49FR. The fender is 10-3/4" wide, 32" long, and 15-1/4" tall which will easily fit your larger ST225/75R15 Tire # AM10256 that is 8.9" wide, and 28.3" in diameter.
The Mounting Brackets # CE26098G-2 can be used to secure the fender to your enclosed trailer.
