Minus the shipping packaging, the Curt # C12031 Class II hitch weighs just less than 30 lbs.
If you click the provided link you can see an install video for the # C12031 hitch.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # 118438. For a ball mount, use part # 3593 and for a trailer ball use # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 19258 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
