For a hitch on your 2021 Audi Q7, I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - 2" # e88KR. The etrailer comes with 700 pounds of maximum tongue weight and 7,000 pounds of gross towing weight, so it will give you the peace of mind knowing there won't be any weight issues. Also, as far as ground clearance, the distance between the ground and the opening of the receiver is about 12-1/4 inches. With that height, you will not run into dragging issues.
