Updated 08/20/2021 | Published 08/19/2021 >
Question:
I locked the door using the OEM latch. The top and bottom doors opened with the door latch in the latch position. What am I doing wrong?

How far did the doors open? If the latch # 324-000149 is moving too freely then you may have received a defective latch. It shouldn't be hard to move but also shouldn't be moving during travel. You should be placing it all the way over so the rubber on the latch is contacting the fridge doors.
