I reviewed the installation instructions for the Rola Sport Series Roof Rack 5975, and there is no specific mention of any fit issues on the 2007 Honda Civic 4-door equipped with a sunroof. (For your reference I have sent a copy of the instructions to you in a separate email.)

My contact at Rola advises that there may be clearance issues between the sunroof and the front crossbar. Also, as with some roof racks from other brands, there may be fit issues between certain rack-mounted accessory items and your sun roof. The rack itself may not always pose a clearance issue, but certain items you might attach to the rack could interfere with the sunroof when it is open.

Next I reviewed an online copy of the 2007 Civic 4-door owners manual and again there was no mention of issues related to the fit of roof racks (nor was there any roof weight limit specified in the manual). You will want to check your copy to be sure your roof cargo load remains within the capacity of the vehicle. Keep in mind that the combined weight of the roof rack itself plus the weight of accessories and cargo must remain with the overall roof weight limit.
