Does this have the wiring built in to attach to the car battery?

The center pin of the Demco Trailer Connector Adapter - 6-Way - 7' Cord # DM9523006 is normally the circuit that carries the 12 volt circuit and it is active. If the 6-way on your tow vehicle has this circuit active it would be carried with this part number.
