For your 2019 Jeep Cherokee with the raised rails the correct Yakima feet for attaching crossbars is the Timberline like the Yakima Jetstream roof rack part numbers # Y00425 and # Y33TR.
These would work really well with the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 part # Y95AV you also mentioned. There would be no clearance issues as I checked with Yakima to confirm this for you.
