Does it fit the 2018 Toyota Highlander? Also, does it fit kids bikes from 14-24 wheelbases?

Yes, the Yakima HangOut 3 Bike Rack will fit on a 2018 Toyota Highlander. If you have children's bikes that have 14-24 inch wheelbases, I recommend the Saris Bike Beam Bike Frame Adapter # SA3040 for each bike. The bike adapter bar connects to the bikes' handlebar post and the post under the seat. This bar provides a elongated, straight horizontal plane that is long enough to fit the arms on the HangOut 3.
