Does the lock n roll 2 1/2” trailer side come with a bolt kit. If not can it be purchased separately?

The Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - 2-1/2" Channel - Trailer Side # 336TS506 you were looking at does not include bolts, but they can be purchased from a local hardware store.
The bolt holes in the # 336TS506 are 1/2" in diameter so you will need two 1/2" x 3-1/2" grade 8 bolts with four washers and a lock nut.
