I own a 2006 BMW 5 series wagon . I would like you I carry 3 bikes on a hitch. Do to have a hitch that can support that ?

The only available hitch for the 2006 BMW 5 Series is the # C11498 Curt Class I Receiver Hitch. Unfortunately this is not a confirmed fit for your wagon, only the sedan. Regardless of that fact, the Class I hitch would have been limited to 2 bikes and you need to carry 3.
Since there is not an available hitch I recommend using a trunk bike rack. The # SA803 Saris Bones EX 3 Bike Rack is a confirmed fit for your 2006 BMW 5 Series Wagon. It has anti-sway cradles with ratcheting straps that hold bike frames at 3 points. The dual-arm rack reduces the need for a bike frame adapter bar to mount a children's, women's, or alternative frame bicycle.
I have attached a review of the bike rack for your reference.
