I have a leer 180xr camper shell with tracks 42inch center to center of tracks . what crossbars and track mounts will fit

The Rhino Rack Roof Rack for Thule and Yakima Tracks part # Y01-120B-NT fits the Leer camper shell tracks you have and since your tracks are spaced 42 inches apart and these bars are 54 inches long this would work great.
