Question #1: Is there an equivalent fitting for the 3 inch MPT to 3 inch Bayonet - Black Plastic, Item # T1027inch that does not have male threads and is made to glue into a 3inch female fitting? Or can I just cut off the threads and glue to a fitting? female sewer hose connector to male ABS pipe

Yes, of course you can insert and glue the Valterra Rotating Adapter for Rigid RV Sewer Pipe, # T1027 if you choose to. If your objective is to have a permanent/semi-permanent arrangement of your RV to a sewer system, I suggest the Valterra Rotating Adapter for Rigid RV Sewer Pipe, # T1028. This adapter converts an RV waste valve to connect to 3" hub sewer pipe. The bayonet fitting rotates, making it easy to connect to the lug fitting on your RV's waste valve and the 3" hub slides over the sewer pipe.
