Technically, the Star Pin Locking Fasteners for License Plates and Frames Standard # CR81200 are made for domestic vehicles like the Ford Fiesta, while Star Pin Locking Fasteners for License Plates and Frames Metric # CR81300 are made for import vehicles, such as your Subaru Crosstrek.
The main thing you want to look at is how the nuts are currently held in place on your vehicles. If they have a rectangular nut that is locked into a rectangular shaped housing then you will want to stick with that style # CR81200. If they have normal nuts on the back that do not have to fit into a special housing then you can go with the standard # CR81300.
