From what I found, your 2018 K-Z Sportsmen Travel Trailer is prewired for a Furrion back up camera system, but unfortunately we currently don't offer anything that would be compatible with the OEM display in your 2020 Ram.
The Furrion # FOS05TASF would install using the existing mount on the back outside wall of your travel trailer, as shown in the linked video, and would transmit wirelessly to the 5 inch monitor included with the kit. The camera system works very well, and they're very highly rated by our customers.
