Question:

I have a 2016 yakima roof box but lost the keys and need to replace the core. Any idea what I need to get? The subaru part number is E361SAG200

First things first after reaching out to Yakima, the Subaru Cargo Box E361SAG200 you have is actually made by Thule.

Since you lost the keys you will want to look for the key code stamped on the face of the core. For example if you have 177 stamped on your core you would need replacement key # THKEYN177.

If your lock core is damaged then it can be replaced with replacement lock cylinder # THLOCKN022, replacement key # THKEYN022, and universal change key # 853-1251. The lock will need to be unlocked for it to be removed, so if it is currently locked you will need to have a local lock smith unlock it for you.
