If your 2015 Mercedes Sprinter happens to have Thule or Yakima style tracks on the roof, then yes you can use a roof rack such as Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Factory Tracks - 2 Vortex Aero Crossbars - Black - 54" # Y02-480B-NT or Silver # Y02-480-NT.

If your vehicle has the Rhino-Rack style tracks on the roof then you can use Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 54" # RRVA137B-2 or Silver # RRVA137S-2 along with the necessary Legs # RRRLT600 and Quick Mount Nuts # RRQMFK11-2.
