The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13394 you mentioned which is the only trailer hitch receiver available for your 2021 Lexus RX 350L can indeed be installed at home as long as you are comfortable this type of work. This hitch is rated at a 5/10 difficulty level.

You will need a ratchet, torque wrench, with 10,17, and 19mm 1/2" sockets, a 6" socket extension, a rotary tool or utility knife and hacksaw, and last but not least safety glasses to complete the install.
