Furrion Rooftop AC Unit Compatibility With Dometic Brisk RV Air Conditioning System

Question:
I have a Class A with two Dometic Brisk 15000 BTU units and a gas furnace. Along with two Furrion Units what other items will I need to replace my Dometic system? Can I use the existing wiring? Both of my units and furnace run off one dometic thermostat.
