Hello I have a 2019 KEYSTONE COUGAR 367FLS, I am looking for a lift kit for the same. Do yall offer one?

I wasn't able to confirm this but it looks like your 2019 Keystone Cougar 367FLS has 7000-lbs tandem axles, so you can get 2-1/4 inches of lift by using the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR23QX you were looking at. This is a really easy solution that elongates the hangers in your leaf spring suspension system to lift the trailer and is the best available option.
