Troubleshooting Thomas Payne Recliners Blue LED Lights are Stuck On.

Our unit on the rt side got disconnected on our 2021 Grand Design 2250RK. We reconnected underneath and now the blue lights will not turn off. We desperately need to get it fixed today. What do I do?

Expert Reply:
First you will want to unplug the main power unit going into the back of the Thomas Payne recliner.
Next you will want to relocate the connector and check to see if any of the prongs may be bent or damaged in the connector. Be sure to check both sides of the connector for any damage.
Clean and apply a small amount of Dielectric Grease # 11755 to the connector on the Cup Holder # 195-387597, then plug the connector back in. Be sure to check any other connection in the same manor to ensure they are not also damaged.
Lastly plug the main power unit back in. If the controls still do not work you will need to replace the Cup Holder # 195-387597.
