Will this fit with a Demelo after market front bumper? What is the weight of the mount?

In order to confirm fit of the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 31367 on a 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser with aftermarket front bumper you'll need to review the installation instructions (attached) and ensure the mounting locations of the trailer hitch do not interfere with the bumper. The trailer hitch manufactures don't do testing on aftermarket parts unfortunately. The hitch weighs around 35 lbs.
