It is stated that Gross trailer weight capacity: 800 lbs What is the Payload Capacity? How much weight I can put on the trailer maximum? Does Gross trailer weight capacity of 800 lbs assumes that the load and trailer weight must be 800 lbs or less TOGETHER? What is the trailer weight? Can a SeaDoo GTI SE 170 which weight 739 lbs dry be carried by this trailer when its dry and weight 739 lbs?

The maximum payload capacity of the CE Smith Multi Sport Plus Boat and Kayak Trailer # CE48870 you were looking at is 800lbs, so as long as your SeaDoo GTI SE 170 when at its heaviest is under 800lbs you will be just fine.
The trailer it self weighs in right at 450lbs. The trailer fits boats that are up to 14' long, and has a winch already installed for securing your SeaDoo GTI.
One addition you will still need is transom tie downs # IMF18740 if you do not already have some.
