I reached out to my contact at Polar who makes the Cam Lift Hinge - 21-5/8" Long x 4" Wide - 1/2" Lift - 1-5/8" Offset - Iron # PLR303-HC-158 you were looking at, and the hinges do not have a specific load rating.

My contact there said due to the different dimensions/thicknesses of doors that would apply different amounts of leverage to doors that there is not a way to give it a specific weight capacity.

He did mention that the hinges were designed to hold up to 4" thick refrigerated doors, and that typically 3 hinges is the normal. If you feel that three hinges is not enough based on your specific door then 5 is the next recommended quantity.
