Three questions: 1 do you have the hole pattern layout for this hinge please? 2 is this also available in aluminum? 3 Do you do custom modifications of this hinge?

The hole dimensions for the Over the Seal Strap Hinge are as follows. From the center of the hinge to the holes going down the shaft is 3-1/2", 9", and 14-1/2" respectively. So the measurement you're looking for is about 3 inches from the center of the hinge to the end of the bend. From the center of the hinge to the three holes on the bracket are 1-1/4" for both the top and bottom holes while 2-1/2" for the center hole. We do not modify, these are sold as is. We do have an aluminum one # PLR2216-AS. The stainless steel version will do well with the elements but the aluminum may be easier to modify.
