How Much Bar Space Does the Thule Hull-A-Port Aero Use

Question:
How many inches on a Rhino aero bar will the Thule Hull-a-Port require? I am trying to determine where to install the Inno Locker Watersports Carrrier INA446 and the Thule Hull-a-Port on the same roof rack tracks and want to get the spacing right.
