Can I replace a Shurflo diaphragm pump model 2090-404-144. Can I replace it with a HydroMax RV Water Pump - P25201? Thank you for your time and concern in this matter.

Yes, you can replace your Shurflo 2090-404-144 with the HydroMax RV Fresh Water Pump # P25201.
Both are 3 gallon per minute, 12 volt water pumps; this is a 2-wire design with power and ground wires; just keep in mind it does require a 15 amp fuse.
