How to Disable Rain Sensor of Fan-Tastic RV Roof Vent

Question:
I have a fantastic fan FA3350 with rain sensor. I do not have a remote. How can I disconnect the rain sensor as it closes the vent cover even without rain or humidity

If you cut the two wires of the rain sensor of the Fan-Tastic Roof Vent part # FV803350 and made sure they didn't touch each other that would disable the rain sensor function as basically the rain on the sensor panel completes the circuit between the two wires and is what tells the lid to close.
