We do have a fit for your 2007 Hummer H3, but the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror - Slip On - Driver Side # CM11551 wil not fit. They actually only fit 2015-2019 Ford F-150.
The towing mirrors I recommend are the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors - Clamp On - Qty 2 # CM11980-2. These mirrors easily clamp onto your existing mirrors and are a fit for your 2007 Hummer H3. Another reason I recommend these is that they pivot 360 degrees to give you the view you need at all times.
