What is the Distance from the Pinhole to the Closest Part of the Malone Runway 2 # MPG2149?

Question:

I have a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL R-Line with a class 3 hitch 76192 installed. The hitch receiver opening is flush with the bumper. What is the distance from the back bumper? I want to know what is the closest distance for the first bike. Will it be too close to the bumper? Thanks

On the Malone Runway Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # MPG2149, there are actually two pin holes available on the shank to use for the pin. I confirmed with my contact at Malone that the the first pinhole is 8-8/3 inches away from the first bike wheel loop and the second pinhole is 10-1/4 inches way from the first bike wheel loop. Since the measurement from the pinhole of the hitch 76192 to the end of the bumper is 5 inches, you will have no clearance issues.
