Will I be able to tow a bass boat with this hitch? Boat weight with trayler is around 3200 lbs. Your advertisement says the stealth hitch is able to tow small traylers. Is that only while using the reciever section for accessories ? Does the rear bumper need to be removed to install this hitch? Is there any drilling needed? Does the rear panel under the bumper reinstall after hitch installation?

As long as your 2016 Porsche Macan is not a GTS model, you can use the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit - Custom Fit - 2" # SH84FRT to tow your bass boat. You will need this version of the stealth hitch because the other model is just for bike racks or cargo carriers.
Your 2016 Porsche Macan has a towing capacity of 4409 lbs and the stealth hitches have a 600 lb maximum tongue weight and 6000 lb maximum trailer weight. With your trailer and boat at 3200 lbs you will be under those weight limits.
The rear bumper does not need to be removed to install this hitch. You will need to remove the fascia to install the receiver but then it goes back into place. The only drilling needed is on a rubber grommet to fit the wiring through. The rear panel does not get removed so you will not need to reinstall it.
