Question:
Hi- my Scout Troops double axle trailer jack broke. I need a replacement that fits out Fastway Flip retractable foot. Problem is that every sign jack I see has a hole pattern that dictates the foot bolts go front to back - I need one that has mounting holes for the foot that are side-side. Do you carry one like that?

We have exactly what you are looking for.
I recommend the Bulldog Round, A-Frame Jack - Topwind - 15" Lift - 5,000 lbs # BD155032 which has the exact 5000lb capacity you are needing for your Scout Troops Tandem Axle Trailer, and the mounting hole can be made to face side to side instead of front to back by rotating the jack.
What I mean is there are three mounting holes on an A-frame jack, and the jack can be rotated to where any of the mounting holes can face the front. This will allow you to get the bottom foot mounting hole to face exactly how you are wanting.
Since the # BD155032 has a 2" diameter inner tube, it will bolt right up to your Fastway Flip Automatic Fold-Up Jack Foot for 2-1/4" Jacks - 6" Extension - 1,400 lbs # FA88-00-6500.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
