Flashing light on Everchill RV Refrigerator # 324-000119
Updated 07/15/2021 | Published 07/13/2021 >
Question:
I took camper in and was told the light did not blink while they had it but we operate it on trip of 21 days and a number will start blinking at some point and the only way to stop it is turn it off then back on. The camper will blink at various times while on battery or plug into 30amp. We do not see a loss of cooling that we can tell but why does the light start blinking?

The temperature light on your Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer # 324-000119 is likely flashing because of a lack of full power to the fridge. The fridge requires 11 amps. It is likely trying to use more power than what is available which is why the lights are flashing but the compressor is still running. That would be why you're not seeing a loss of cooling. You can try backing the temperature down a level or two and see if that stops the flashing. I also recommend ensuring you have the right amount of amperage required for the fridge.
