Ive got a center plug that needs replaced but its just shy of 3inch in diameter. All of yours appear to be 2 3/16inch in diameter. Do you have access to the larger size? off of a Pace trailer

We offer the Americana Chrome Plated Trailer Wheel Center Cap for 2.80-to-2.84 inch pilot hole diameter wheels, part # AM90113. This chrome-plated steel center cap fits 12-inch and 13-inch wheels with a pilot hole bore between 2.80 inches and 2.84 inches. This is the closest size to the dimension you quoted.
The next size up is the Excalibur chrome-plated steel center cap with plug, part # 319EZ, which fits wheels with a pilot hole size of 3.19 inches.
