No power when extend power works to retract

If you have the Bulldog Powered-Drive Kit for OEM 2-Speed Planetary Jacks w/ 12,000-lb Capacity # BD1824180100 and it will power up but now down most likely you have one of the wires of the kit not making a solid connection. Go over the wiring and make sure everything is tightened down like it should be.
