The Ai Lift 1000 Air Helper springs you specified, part # AL60786 is indeed compatible with a 2WD 2018 Toyota Sequoia, as confirmed by Air Lift, UNLESS the vehicle is equipped with the factory auto-leveling system, such as what's found on the Platinum model.
