Question:

Is this ball compatible with the Anderson Hitch for towing a 5th wheel camper? This ball sits higher so I am not sure.

The B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2062 will sit 5-3/4" above the gooseneck ball hole on your 2020 Ram 3500. You will need to add or subtract any difference in the bed height from the top of the bed rails to the top of the gooseneck ball hole to determine exactly how far the ball will sit above your bed.

Andersen has different coupler tubes for their different hitches. I have attached a guide to illustrate exactly what size coupler tube that you will need based on your exact ball height. If you are still unsure if what you have will work let me know what the height difference is if any with your bed and gooseneck ball coupler and what Andersen hitch that you have.
