I have a great solution for you. Unfortunately, I confirmed with Thule that the Thule OutWay 3 # TH56BV will not fit on your 2020 Honda Odyssey. However, a great alternative is the Saris Bones EX 3 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # SA803. The Bones EX 3 will safely attach safely with your rear spoiler on your vehicle. As far as weight capacity, the Bones EX 3 has a per-bike maximum weight capacity of 35 pounds compared to the OutWay 3's 33 pounds.
If you want to have locks for your bike to deter theft of the bike and the rack itself, I recommend the Saris Cable Lock - 8' Long # SA981 as well as the Thule Passive Security Strap for Trunk Mounted Bike Carriers # TH533
