Recommended Trailer Hitch for 2015 Acura MDX

Question:

Can you suggest a model/type of hitch for the Acura MDX 2015? We are on a tight budget and I would Iike to install it ourselves, how difficult is it for someone who is not very hand? Do most Acuras come with a spare tire 18inch or smaller? I am nervous that the spare tire wont fit back. Thanks for your help.

The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98840 is what I recommend for a 2015 Acura MDX. The hitch is very easy to install, simply bolt-on with no cutting or drilling. It is rated as a 3/10 for install difficulty. I have attached an install video below as well.

In regards to the spare tire/wheel, most will be under 18". There are only very few models that have the upgraded 18" spare wheel.
