Hitch Recommendation for 2019 Honda Pilot that Allows Full Size Spare to Be Kept

Question:
It says the hitch for the pilot will not fit if you have a full size spare. Is a hitch made that WILL accomodate a full size spare?

As long as the wheel size of the spare is less than 18 inches in diameter the etrailer hitch part # e98840 will fit your 2019 Honda Pilot and will allow you to keep the spare. I attached a picture that shows the hitch installed with the spare mounted as well as an install video for more info for you to check out as well.
