Looking for a seal with an outside diameter of 1.970inch and a inside diameter of 1.500

The closest grease seal we have to what you're looking for is the Grease Seal part # 10-9 which measures 1.500" I.D. x 1.987" O.D. It's commonly used on 2,700 lb axles.
