Would Trailer Wheel Bolt without Taper Work to Replace Wheel Bolt with Bolt

Wheel Bolt, 1/2inch x 2-1/4 Item # 7-23 will these fit if the ones I have has got a taper like the one in the picture that your bolt replaces?? Im adding 1/2 spacers for tire clearance. please let me know if you know.

If your current wheel bolts have a taper to them that means they help center the wheel to the hub. If you went with a wheel bolt like the part # 7-23 the wheels wouldn't center onto the hub. You'd need something with a taper like the part # RG02-020 if you need a 60 degree taper or part # RG02-040 for a 90 degree taper.
