If you are looking for a tonneau cover that will allow you to attach a ladder rack to your 2010 Nissan Frontier - 6 ft. bed's stake pockets, I recommend the Access Lorado Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # 834532006885 for a soft cover option and the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl # BAK39507 for a hard roll-up option. Both of these covers will allow you to mount ladder racks that use the truck's stake pockets.
As for a compatible ladder rack, I recommend the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs # TH43001XT-600. The TracRac SR includes integrated quick-release clamping knobs that can be loosened to move rack and can be tightened to secure the rack in place. It also includes 4 Heavy-duty, aluminum load stops that secure your cargo to avoid shifting on the crossbars. For tie down straps, I recommend the Thule Load Strap Cinch Straps w/ Padded Cam Buckles - 15' - 750 lbs - Qty 2 # TH523.
