Question:

The truck is used as a mobile repair vehicle w/ tables, tools, parts, etc. The leaf spring is almost flat with little more to give so its bouncy and sways. Air Lift # AL88205 kit is suppose to fit this application however it this truck has a c-channel frame and air lift notes this wont work on it. Do you offer any other suggestions or if I fabricate a plate to weld to the chassis where the bag bolts up would that work? Thank you.

You are correct that the Air Lift Loadlifter 5000 Air Helper Spring Kit # AL88205 you were looking at is only designed to fit Chevrolet Express Van 3500's with a fully boxed frame. Since your 2014 Chevrolet Express Van 3500 has a C-channel frame you will not be able to install this kit. It may be possible to box the frame in the location the springs mount, but this has not been tested so I cannot confirm.

For an option that will 100% work I recommend adding the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRG35 which provide up to 3600lbs of support to your rear suspension, and will not require any maintenance like an air spring kit.

Keep in mind suspension enhancement is there to support your suspension, but requires your suspension to be in good shape. I recommend double checking that your leaf springs are not worn out from carrying a heavy load everyday.
