What does the installation kit consist of and how much is the cost? I do not mean the light kit.

Westin does not have a running board fit for your 2019 Dodge Durango. We did find a running board that will work with your vehicle. I recommend the Aries AscentSteps Running Boards w/ Custom Installation Kit - 5-1/2" Wide - Powder Coated Steel. part # AA66FR. These running boards come will all the hardware needed to install them to your 2019 Dodge Durango, no drilling required.
