What is the tung weight and trailer towing ratings of this solid bar. Also if adding 2” receiver to it making a 24” extension plus or minus

According to Curt, the # D36 24 inch hitch bar has no listed capacity. Curt considers this a fabrication part, and there are too many possible variables that would affect the end capacity for Curt to list a capacity.
