In order to determine if the Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, # C18115, will fit your 2007 Mazda CX-7, you will need to measure the thickness of the crossbars. If they are less than 3 inches thick, the basket will fit, provided the crossbar spread, center to center, is at least 15 inches. I have included a link to the installation details for you to view.
I did find that the Yakima LoadWarrior # Y07070, is a direct fit to the optional crossbars on a 2007 Mazda CX-7. I linked a video review and the instructions for the LoadWarrior.
