The B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches Item # BWRVK2404 will work with your B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000lbs Item # BWRVK3200 and is a custom fit for your 2013 Ford F-150 so it will require no drilling during installation.
Since you have a 5.5' bed you're going to need a rotating pin box to prevent the nose of your RV from coming into contact with the cab of your truck. If you can reply back with serial numbers off of your current pin box I can recommend the correct replacement for you.
